Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Zaptoline. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zaptoline.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zaptoline to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit malicious code or interfere with the integrity of our services; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Intellectual Property
Zaptoline and its licensors own all rights in the platform, including software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform. By using the service you grant Zaptoline a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaptoline's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zaptoline is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
